At Chipang Denim, we want you to love your denim. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must include all original tags and packaging.
- Returns showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage may not be accepted.
Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect denim fit can be challenging. If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, clearance items, and promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
